The support service, accessible to the customer through a dedicated toll-free number, is managed by certified personnel. Our packages are designed to adapt to different users’ levels of expertise, to ensure telephone and remote assistance in the shortest possible time.
The “Click Support” formula includes a 10, 20 or 30 hours on consumption package. With this kind of assistance, only the time of the support used to help the customer will be deducted from the total amount of hours, thus reducing waste of time and money.
We will remotely connect to your computer with a customized Teamviewer version, with no need for access codes, to actively help to solve the problem.
Once the problem is solved, we will share the necessary notions to make sure it does not reoccur or to overcome similar ones. Support is also accessible to Exocad resellers interested in customer loyalty in the after-sales.
